oh boy. Try google news. I refuse to believe that that's a serious question. We 
could have a megathread in which copious examples would be cited and at the end 
Nick would say yeah, but they deserved it and you would say yeah but they were 
Muslim and Robert would demonstrate that freedom of speech for example has 
previously been defines as "not a right."

I pass. This is predictable and boring. Should anyone out there really really 
truly need an example, let me just mention one that was in the news lately here 
-- Laura Berg, the nurse who was charged with *sedition* for criticizing the 
admnisitration's Katrina response. But I am sure you guys will hash it over and 
decide that she must have been guilty, since she was charged.
