I agree with this also, just wondered how much ignorance was in the mix. I do think that there is some xenophobobia, though there is definitely a case for thoughtful concern. I would like to see some Mexican solutions to this.

I did notice that the current immigration proposal now includes funding for this, so at least they aren't planning to stick the states with the tab for this.
