Couldn't a three judge military tribunal at least review each individual
case, go over the evidence for incarceration, make a decision to retain or
release the prisoners, then make that information public???

I guess I don't see why this couldn't be done. It would at least let
everyone see exactly who these monsters are, and why we are doing what we
are.

I don't see the reasons behind the lack of transparency we've been operating
with at Gitmo.
