1 second of searching turned up the below article from the NYT.

Also one of the first things I remember seeing about the conflict was
an Israeli woman whose husband's head was literally blown off by a
Hezbollah rocket.  She emerged from a bomb shelter panicked about him,
called his cell phone, and the camera swung towards the noise which
was coming from the trouser pocket of a headless body lying 10 yards
from the shelter.
