yeah but 9 people? C'mon. It's a glimmer at best. Even if it turns out to be the thing, it's twenty years away if so far there's been a study with 9 people in it. There's research out there that gives me great hope for my medical issues too, but I don't propose that everyone wait around till it gets through testing. If someone has a better idea or even just another idea I think they should work on it. What if the suspected cure is not?
As to your moral argument, well, I do have some reservations about harvesting eggs, but I do think that this is NOT the same as cloning and is NOT the same as killing a fetus.
