Actually, comparatively, Blu-Ray is doing a bit better overall. Of course sales for both are not stellar (the public at large still hasn't shown much interest in either. But Blu-Ray still has more movies and Blockbuster recently announced that, as a result of its trial of both formats, it will now carry only Blu-Ray in-store (you can still rent HD DVD from the online service). This move specifically, I would think, is a direct response to the recent "$100 Rebate" for buying an HD DVD player that the HD DVD folks cooked up. The format war is still hot - at least as hot as it can be with only a small subset of AV geeks giving a damn. ;^) Jim Davis ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| CF 8 â Scorpio beta now available, easily build great internet experiences â Try it now on Labs http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/entitlement/index.cfm?e=labs_adobecf8_beta Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/message.cfm/messageid:237596 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.5
