(1.) Fibby never asked for the commutation, Bush just up and gave it
to him, and commuted his entire jail term rather than part.

Bush will consider any of them?

So the bottom line is that President Bush believes, through his own
actions, that the US Justice system should not be applied equally to
all.

That is not a man who deserves to be President of a country of laws and justice.
