Anyone got the DirecTV NFL ticket? I need to either buy that or head to a sports bar to see my Pats. I'm leaning towards trading in Comcast for DirecTV, but I have heard horror stories about customer service, and the equipment needed (I need a DVR, which I have heard is crazy expensive).
