I hope you're being sarcastic.

+) The US Constitution contains no references to "God" or "Christ" and the
only references to religion are exclusionary.

+) The only oath detailed in the Constitution (that of the presidency)
contains no mention of God and no requirement to swear on the bible (that
tradition was added much later).

+) Our currency didn't have "in God we trust" on all of it until the 50's
(it had appeared on some coins earlier but not until the 20th century).

+) The word "God" did not appear in the Pledge of Allegiance until 1954.

+) The only commandments that could be considered "covered" by American law
are murder, theft and perjury.  All of these are clearly not unique to the
commandments.

For the most part the debate about the religious beliefs of the founding
fathers is moot since the document they created to govern the country lacks
any religious basis.  While most of the founding fathers (as products of
their time) were indeed members of some or another church it's also clear
that many (if not most) often questioned their faith while others were
downright antagonistic towards religion.
