There are 2 issues:

1.) How do we best define human intelligence?  How do we best test and
measure it?

2.) Is it possible that skin color, or any other trait, is correlated
with intelligence.

Sounds like we all agree that #2 is yes, but that we don't have any
good answers to #1.

As for Dr. Watson, we don't know what data or studies a Nobel prize
winning geneticist has seen, conducted, or been privy too so to assert
that he's a racist simply because he suggests a connection between
skin color and intelligence is political correctness run amok.

How further reading on this would indicate that Dr. Watson does have a
history on this topic.
