I'm no pounds up from the holidays.
Despite my attempts at junk food and stuff I haven't gained a pound all year.

I'm starting to think that my eating habits of no breakfast, a large
lunch and then eating whatever is left over from Lunch for Dinner just
doesn't cut it.
Although I feel fine.

One of my friend who works out says the reason I'm not gaining weight
is that my body is in 'survival mode'.
This coupled with my high metabolism means that I won't gain a pound
unless I change things.

He also shot down my suggestion of buying those protein shake things
and power bars...
without actually going to a gym.
