I wish some of the tourists during the summer would think of that. There are as few things as obnoxious as a land whale broken down in the middle lane of I-66 during rush hour in the DC region. that is except for the tourists infesting the metro during the summer. If only they would learn to keep to the right if they don't want to walk up or down the escalators.
