I can't tell you why she opposes gay marriage. I have never met her to ask, but I am sure that the question will come up in the next couple of months, perhaps even during her debate(s) with Biden. I do know that she is for same sex partners having benefits, and she even introduced state legislation to have this passed, and it did. To me that is acceptable. I think that it should go further and allow all domestic partnerships, straight or gay to have benefits. And I know what the bible says about women's role in the house, but I don't agree with it. Although I am a Christian, I don't subscribe to everything in the bible.
