One thing I can guarantee- whoever is elected next month is not going to tow the line on the Bush Administration policies, and this whole gig will be one of the first things that is investigated. McCain is a military guy, but he's also a "rules apply to everyone" guy. Obama, obviously, has no love of Bush policy.
