Sssssh...I have a reputation to uphold. Of course I'm a rabid Bush hater. I think he's done incalculable damage to our country on such an amazing variety of fronts that we'll have trouble digging ourselves out in several administrations. That doesn't mean I can't find nice things to say about the dude. I don't think he's evil with no chance of redemption or anything. He's been a blow to my relentless optimism, but he's done a couple of things I agree with. Praise what deserves praise, doubly so if it is a person you don't normally praise much. That's how bridges are built and you can find the common ground to hopefully lessen the impact of all the crap you disagree with.
