That's exactly it. As Judah pointed out, you can break the law and be sanctioned without any criminal charges such as a traffic violation. In this case Palin was found in violation of the law by an independent state investigator. The next step is the sanctioning and there's 2, maybe 3, possibilities: 1.) The state personnel board sanctions her (fines, etc) 2.) The legislature censures her 3.) The AG takes some action. And, of course, citizens can call for action. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Adobe® ColdFusion® 8 software 8 is the most important and dramatic release to date Get the Free Trial http://ad.doubleclick.net/clk;207172674;29440083;f Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/message.cfm/messageid:274218 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.5
