When I finished high school, I was 6', 128 lbs and no body fat. I got
hypothermia that summer working as a lifeguard at a boyscout camp when
we had to do a mandatory 1/2 mile swim in the lake at 4500 foot
elevation in cold, cloudy early June. That sucked.

I'm not in terribly good shape right now though that will hopefully be
changing soon. Still, 185 lbs is a lot better than 145 lbs. I suspect
that when I get back playing Ultimate again regularly I'll probably
drop back to about 175 and I'm pretty happy there.
