SUMTER, S.C. (AP) A convicted felon accused of gunning down a 12-year-old South Carolina trick-or-treater is expected in court. Quentin Patrick was arrested after the Friday night shooting. Authorities said he'll have a bond hearing Monday afternoon. Police say Patrick told them he thought he was being robbed before he blasted at least 29 shots from an assault rifle from inside his home. The family had stopped at the house to collect candy because the porch light was on. T.J. Darrisaw was killed.
