Ok Ok.... we do not know enough about this boy to solve his problem or the
worlds problems....

This is kinda like when your driving down the highway and a fire truck goes
and you try to guess where he is headed and why.   Unless you follow the
fire truck you will NEVER know for sure.  Even if someone told you what it
was you can debate it because you did not feel or see it.

clinically depressed and was taking a drug known to potientiate

There's enough blame to go around in this case that a law suit is not

most appropriate venue for this case.
