Exactly.  And the turns are super banked so there's no skill needed
there either.

Seriously - a 14 year old who's never driven before could drive at
200mph on a NASCAR track within an hour.

This what this really is, is a sport of logistics: when to take pit
stops, how to manage your fuel, etc.

And, yes, there is some strategy involved of when to pass, etc but
that's really also tied to fuel management.

In other words, this is like calling daily FedEx operations a sport.

If you take a look at european tracks like in Monaco, Nurburing, etc
there are hills, hairpin turns, switchbacks and with very little bank.

As a driver you need to be an expert at actually driving to be good.
Not so in NASCAR.
