Stress - definitely
blood pressure - definitely
morning - usually (think about it. your biggest period of inactivity
is during sleep. if there is anything still being processed overnight
(and there always is), your sugar levels will go up due to inactivity)

now, note that I am type 1 (with the added plus of being overweight),
so my mileage may vary.

want it to go down? get off the couch. lol. doesnt matter what you do,
but get the body moving. even something as simple as a trip to the
mall (but not the food court)
