One other suggestion would be that you seem to be getting a lot of
saturated fat (summer sausage).  Given your carbs are so low you can
probably easily tolerate it, but you might want to consider switching
to leaner meats like chicken and cook it up in unrefined oils like
sesame, peanut, or - yummy! - unrefined coconut oil.  I also eat grass
fed beef which has Omega-3s and, of course, salmon!

Here's another one.  I love cereal.  Just couldn't break the habit.
So now I'll use almond milk (like almond dream) and use walnuts and
pecans in place of cereal along with some bananas or other fruit.

And 3 Omega-3 eggs are basically on my daily list.

As long as I'm blabbing I also make green tea (in glass containers)
with fresh ginger and some lemon, and grill up chicken with sesame
oil, curry, garlic, tumeric, and black pepper.

And, of course, fish oil.
