Any site that uses someone else's trademark runs the risk of this happening
to them.  Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't.  That site may have been
chosen because it's generating money on the Flash name.  Most blogs don't
(directly) make money, even if they have the words Flash or ColdFusion in
their names.
