Sam I don't have to prove anything. Its been hashed out before and demonstrated quite conclusively that the Shrubbery actively interfered with scientific reports - to the point where climate scientists were ordered to have their conclusions vetted by the Whitehouse before submitting it for conference presentations or journal publication.
