Also, I don't think it is "sad" that an American citizen could be asked to prove their citizenship because of their skin color, I think that it is a violation of the Constitution which is rather more than mildly offputting. If a person is standing on a street corner not commit a crime other than "looking illegal", leave them the hell alone.
