Makes alot of sense. Remember what activates pathways in a cell? Proteins. What causes cell pathways to activate, grown uncontrollably and become cancerous? Molecules that attach to protein receptors and activate shit that's not supposed to be activated! Molecules that occur in nature would be bred out of us over eons by natural selection.
