So, really, it only effects the poor and homeless who don't smoke, don't drink, aren't on welfare, don't use cough medicine, don't drive, don't use the library, don't use any healthcare, don't use credit, don't ever rent a place to stay, and so on. And these people aren't clamoring to vote without ID. Democrats are. With no voter ID, it's easy to send vans out and pay a pack of cigarettes for a vote. This is a standard tactic.
