"Hey Jerry?"

Hey Gruss.

"Last I checked Missouri wasn't the federal government."

Last time I checked, Missouri was a state. Your quote: "And, btw, which
states do you think would oppose this? I bet ... all the states with
existing sales tax?? Yup, that's who'd oppose it alright."

Missouri opposes it so much that it will be on the ballot in 2012. It is
being researched in GA. Other states are looking at it too.

"Further, how can it be so mystifying to you y'all that raising the prices
of ALL products and services by 15% is going to have an effect on consumer
purchasing? "

I am not going to give you any information on this. Read up and you can
find what proponents of the fair tax say about this issue as well as
producers and distributors. The information is out there for anyone who
wants to make a minimal effort to research it.

"See? REAL DATA"

Yes, I gave you REAL DATA and you ignored it. Not unusual.

You don't know enough about the fair tax to ask coherent questions or make
decent points. Until then, you are rambling. Maureen pegged you perfectly.
