They seemed to be sitting quietly holding one sign when she approached them
and demanded that they leave.  She came across as a tight-assed bitch for
sure, but was likely acting on corporate orders and afraid she was gonna
screw up.  Bad position to be in and she did not handle it with grace.  I've
had to deal with her in a couple of banking transactions for one of my
consulting clients, and she's always a bit frantic even when not dealing
with protesters.

As for bank's position, if they were smart they would be nice to the
protesters to show they aren't the corporate monsters they are being
painted.  But we are talking about BoA, a bank that once charged me a five
dollar fee to cash a ten dollar check.  I would never bank with them based
on that alone.
