most of the comments I made was from a report by ICF for the department of transportation - Effects of Sea-level Rise on the National Transportation Infrastructure. In it, the report noted the 18 inch to 2 foot rise in sea levels on the east coast. Some of the maps and data tables show very significant effect, as major parts of Norfolk, VA will be under water.
