Anyway, point is it's a major time commitment to shop constantly to
keep wholesome foods in the fridge and to prepare them daily. Healthy
eating is a lot of work and if you're not in an area where it's
convenient it's worse. Not saying people shouldn't ignore the overtime
and prioritize, just saying I can understand why many struggle. My
mother's 68 and works two jobs and has problems with her thyroid.
She's on the treadmill regularly and eats well but it's a job keeping
up. She lives near her work and has great local markets but I imagine
many like her aren't as fortunate.

I guess if it goes on forever you need to one day take the blame, but
times are hard so I cut many some slack.
