Who's saying go to the gym three times a week and only eat tree bark? Spend
20 minutes a day going up and down your stairs at a brisk pace. Spend 10
minutes doing push ups while the news is on. Stop and get a roasted chicken
meal instead of a pizza or burgers if you're in a rush. Don't go for that
second helping of pumpkin pie. There's dozens of choices you can make a day
that can mean the difference between being 15 lbs overweight and being 100
overweight. We don't need to go to extremes here.
