no, actually. Slander is a tort. Although it does look to me like Rush
would lose if Fluke sued. But if you look at the article you see that
Allred has identified a Florida law that seems to apply, which is why she's
contacting the state's attorney -- that, and she's a publicity hound, but
can't inject herself into the controversy if she does not represent Fluke ;)
