Sure. Unless something beyond his control or unforeseen bumped up the price. I would not call the contract developers on here liars just because an estimate they gave to a client ending up being short, unless they did it on purpose to outbid others. I voted for Obama, but I do not like his politics nor some of what he has done in office. Yes, he is a liar too. Would I vote for him again today? Probably not, if I had any reasonable choice. It is why I voted in the Republican primary.
