I really don't know. I googled it but found nothing. There used to be a satire party known as the Rhino Party. They had some pretty outrageous platforms. the funny part is that in several elections the party came in second in several ridings. A friend of mine ran for parliament in 1984 as a Rhino in Manitoba. His platform was to change the name of the province to Ghoti, and ban American beer.
