I had an EVO on sprint before seeing the light and moving to iPhone :-)
I know that on Sprint the "authorized" mobile hotspot is $30 a month but if you root the phone you can just use one of the many tethering apps out there. You risk them finding out but if you are light user then it probably would be ok. -J.J.
