The news media aren't feeding us things because they are aliens trying to show us what their studies suggest we want to hear...they are feeding us these things because they too are human. We eat it up for the same reason.
"He was a fucking lunatic" is not too final...it's too random. We can't control it, we can't explain it. And worse, we can't prevent it from happening to US. We need a reason, even if it's a manufactured one. "Oh, he was going through a divorce....avoid taht, and i'll be safe at teh movies" "Oh, he played violent video games....avoid that, and i'll be alright" Basic human behavior. See it in the aftermath of every tragedy. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Order the Adobe Coldfusion Anthology now! http://www.amazon.com/Adobe-Coldfusion-Anthology/dp/1430272155/?tag=houseoffusion Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/message.cfm/messageid:352919 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/unsubscribe.cfm
