Yes, Moodys is definitely worried about our future potential to pay our
debt.....everyone is. But, if the quesiton is "why was the US rating
threatened with a downgrade in 2012", the answer is "because of political
wrangling over the raising of the debt ceiling. Of which Ryan was a key
player.

That fact cannot be denied.
