I think that if we all agreed (yeah, I know...getting all of us to agree on
something LOL) to charge our clients 1000/project, that might be considered
price fixing, but if we had a discussion that determined that the going rate
was 55/hr...that would be price fixing....it might be price fixing if we
said that we would all charge 55/hr.
