In the first debate, Obama was defending the Affordable Care Act by
saying that health insurance premiums have gone up slower than any
time in the last 50 years. That isn't true. Health care spending, yes,
but Obama better know the distinction and even a substantial portion
of the spending slowing isn't easily attributed to the ACA.

Factually incorrect in an area that Obama ought to know better, in an
attempt to defend his policy. That counts for me.
