Well i'm an independent, and i would define CULTURAL relativism as the believe that each culture defines it's own set of morals and values, and any ethical questions must therefore be weighed in those terms. Thus, there are no objective moral truths that exist over and above culture.
Perhaps this is also what you meant by MORAL relativism.
