Giant asteroid colliding with the planet was fast and certainly some life survived. Evolutionary events and extinction events are really different degrees of the same mechanism. Without taking a stance on global warming (or birds flying into glass windows) I think it's very true that life will go on and quite alot of the species will survive (on both counts). In the case of Climate Change, I doubt humans will become extinct. However, is it currently unknown if it will result in 2% of the human population dying or 2% of the population surviving (or something else). -Cameron ... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Order the Adobe Coldfusion Anthology now! http://www.amazon.com/Adobe-Coldfusion-Anthology/dp/1430272155/?tag=houseoffusion Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/message.cfm/messageid:359454 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/unsubscribe.cfm
