You can buy a re-usable pod that you can fill with your own coffee Bruce. Then the cost per cup goes down drastically and convenience goes up. One thing I like about my French Press is it's pretty much the exact sort of scenario. I use one scoop of coffee (that I grind very fine) add my water, and voila! Single serve coffee. If Chas has some too, then I just add about an extra half a scoop with some more water. We waste a heck of a lot less coffee now. When I'm not drinking my PGTips tea of course. :)
