There doesn't need to be a conviction? Are you serious?
Do you know what hearsay is? Due process? Innocent until proven guilty? This isn't just about guns. Until 2010 there wasn't even an appeals process. Until last year I was no longer permitted to purchase real property. I'm 100% honest about smoking pot. There is no federal law against minor possessions, there is no local criminal law against it. It is an infraction, a civil matter, not a criminal one. Read that again, and then go google it. I'm not sure even what else I can say. So you're of the opinion that I deserve to have my rights trampled because I smoke pot.
