Oh, and as for my refusal to be treated.

2 weeks ago I went into the patient advocate here. We talked for a while
about my case and the way the doctor was treating me, and this was the
second or third time (enough that she remembered me) lodging the same exact
complaints. My doctor refuses to treat me, will not send me to inpatient
as she has promised multiple times. Lied in her record. The Patient
Advocate then said she would put me in for a new doctor, and that I should
look for a letter in the mail within a week.

I recorded this conversation.

It is now two weeks later and I went in this morning, as I had not received
the expected letter. She didn't even record that I was there. No record
what so ever. She's gone now as her husband found new employment.

http://fixtheva.vyndo.com/doc/va.wav

That's the recording. She is a public servant in the operations of her
duties and has no expectation of privacy within that building anyway as it
says all over.

I found out today that I have a "Disruptive Flag". So I went to find out
what that meant. If you have 2 or more interactions with the VA Police,
whether you're found to be in the wrong or not, your name must be submitted
to a local council of both medical staff and administrators. I have had
precisely two interactions with the VA Police. The first time was when I
was refused service several months ago, the lady at the desk called the
cops, he heard what was going on and took me to the patient advocate. I
didn't threaten or curse or anything. The other time I was going to an
inpatient program. Not a lock down, and voluntarily. I told them I will
not go if I cannot smoke cigarettes. They put me in a mental health lock
down, in a room for 12 hours. I finally said I signed in I'm signing out
and left against medical advice. They called the VA Police to try to
restrain me, instead when the police showed up they told the staff that I
had to be let go.

I have a FOIA request I'm waiting to be filled for all VA police records
too.
