Yet if you come up hot on the piss test at the VA...you get entered into all
sorts of programs for drug abuse. That is the reality of the situation.
Just like you can lose your job if you come up hot in a drug test...no court
required.

platform...

I don't have a job, as you've loved to point out. I'm dealing with the
government, and they do not have the power to share my medical information
or use it against me. This isn't a private interaction, it's not even a
voluntary interaction.

The federal crime comes with distribution and certain amounts of weight.
There is no federal crime fore small scale personal possession unless you
are on federal property, and that would still require a conviction in a
court of law. That is how they get the MMJ clubs and shops, distribution.

Most drug laws are like that, based on amount and value. Use is not
illegal. Small possession of some substances are illegal, and yes even
minor possession of pot is a criminal act in many states still. It is not
in Ohio. I do not distribute or buy large amounts. I don't cross state
lines.

These are all the facts in the case and seem to be totally missing the
nature of the violations of anyone's individual rights. Even if they think
I'm actually dangerous to myself and others the constitution requires in
several places that they prove that in a court of law. Primarily the
"Judicial Due Process" is laid out in the 4th-8th amendments, and
incorporated and expanded upon in the 14th.
