You are missing my point....completely. I am not advocating not using weapons unless they can only hit their intended target. I am saying that Israel (or any country, really) should not be held responsible for civilian deaths simply because the civilians were 'warned' about the attack ahead of time.
A country may be completely justified in their use of force, but that does not absolve them of being responsible for any civilian deaths. It is as simple as this: You pull the trigger, you are responsible for anyone who is injure or killed as a result - regardless of whether or not you warned them ahead or time.
