How is educating "challenged" kids, better for my kids education?

Calling me rich? How very liberal of you...it wont get you anywhere with me
though. Growing up in a mobile home in the middle of a tobacco field in
North Carolina, we were so poor that I once wore the same pair of shoes for
two entire years, before they fell apart. I couldn't even go to school. A
relative in another state finally heard about it and sent me some shoes...
Robert Byrd had nothing on me :)
