The Parhelion effect...errm that maybe spelt wrong..is when you see
false images of the sun, so that it seems that there are three suns and
it's supposed to be way cool to see! Very spiffy.

I have gone Parhelion crazy since Matrox named their new graphics card
that.
I sort of like the word :)

Which is far better than the time I was stuck on the word Muggy.
I mean..say it five times fast muggymuggymuggymuggymuggy.

Alaska must be a beautiful place, though it would probably seem
completely alien to me.
Something the guide noted while we were at Matura, was that Trinidad is
sucha diverse island, there seems to be almost every type of landscape
there. You have the caroni plains with the sugar cane fields etc. You
have the mountains in south with incredible views.
You have the flat land of the east coast and the beaches there, then you
have the mountainous regions of the North..swamp land in the west and
central. On the way to south you have undulating roads and land..
We really have a little bit of everything on this paradise, and for some
reason our tourism industry is INTENT on keeping it ALL a secret ^_^
Go figure!

Did anyone say Muggy five times fast btw?
Why the heck did you do that?
Not even I would say Muggy five times in a row for no reason.
How do you feel?
*chuckles quietly*
^_^

Whats a parhelion effect? <g>

It is VERY sunny in May and June and much of the winter. Today is sunny
and in the high 60's or low 70's F. It has been very hot and sunny this
summer - with temps going into the high 70's here in anchorage. When we
visited Fairbanks it was 83-86 degrees which felt HORRIBLE to us, and we
had to get a hotel room instead of camping because the dogs were
melting.

Its only cold in the winter! And you dress up for it and you go outside
anway or else you get cabin fever. Remember, you can always put on more
clothes, but you can only take off so much.

ROFLMAO. It does this alot in Seattle - where my parents live. I will
be saying it the next time I see it.

You should come to visit me for winter solstice. You can see the worst
day of the year.
