I noticed that too!! I was watching someone drive yesterday on I-64 and noticed they kept changing lanes without using turn signals, then discovered it might be the fact that they had a cell phone in one hand... Sheesh, I can turn on my turn signal with the hand that is on the wheel.... <hating cell phones on the freeway>
